Gold prices in India exhibited an upward trend on Monday, based on data from India’s Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX). The per 10 grams price for gold reached 62,178 Indian Rupees (INR), marking an increase of INR 112 compared to the Friday figure of INR 62,066.
In terms of futures contracts, gold prices saw a rise to INR 62,615 per 10 grams from the previous level of INR 62,362 per 10 grams.
Conversely, silver prices experienced a marginal decline in futures contracts, with the price dropping to INR 72,777 per kg from the previous INR 72,480 per kg.
