Gold prices in India experienced an uptick on Wednesday, as per the latest figures from the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX).
The price of gold reached 72,343 Indian Rupees (INR) per 10 grams, marking an increase of INR 410 from the previous day’s price of INR 71,933.
Conversely, gold futures contracts witnessed a slight decline, with prices falling to INR 72,350 per 10 grams from INR 72,407 per 10 grams.
Meanwhile, silver futures contracts displayed an upward trend, rising to INR 95,950 per kilogram from INR 95,448 per kilogram.
These fluctuations reflect ongoing volatility in the precious metals market as investors navigate the broader economic landscape.
