Gold prices experienced a downturn in India on Monday, as reported by data from India’s Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX).
According to the provided data, the cost of gold stood at 62,100 Indian Rupees (INR) per 10 grams, reflecting a decrease of INR 295 in comparison to the price observed on Friday, which was INR 62,395.
In the realm of futures contracts, the scenario was similar, with gold prices slipping to INR 62,231 per 10 grams from the previous INR 62,611 per 10 grams.
Meanwhile, the prices for Silver futures contracts also saw a decline, reaching INR 72,112 per kg, down from the previous INR 72,389 per kg.
