Gold prices in India experienced a decline on Thursday, as reported by India’s Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX). The price for gold was recorded at 62,052 Indian Rupees (INR) per 10 grams, reflecting a drop of INR 168 compared to the previous day’s value of INR 62,220.
In terms of futures contracts, the price of gold witnessed a decrease to INR 61,986 per 10 grams, down from INR 62,141 per 10 grams.
Similarly, the prices for silver futures contracts also saw a dip, reaching INR 71,730 per kg, compared to the previous INR 71,502 per kg.
